I just wanted to say how much fun the game was yesterday, and how sad it is for all those who couldn't make it 'cause you really missed out.
Also, I really enjoyed finally being able to meet everyone We have such an awesome Fan Force and I am so happy to be a part of it

 

ondiv, in answer to your earlier question, yes overtime does pay me time & a half. I work for an insurance company named Bankers Life & Casualty. What annoyed me so much is the fact they made it mandatory for 6 hours on Saturday. I will say they were nice enough to buy us pizza for lunch but still when Saturday is your only day to get things done around the house or shop it's a real pain to be told you MUST come to work. The Chicago Force book club meeting was at 1, our picnic was set for 3 (but was postponed due to rain). Our ward even was having a welcome picnic for our new members too. Everything had to happen on the same day! Bummer

 

Isn't it fun to juggle many things in the same day? And people wonder why I like to schdule things.

I have to agree it was a fun time. Though next time, I will definitely not forget to sleep. I was dragging Sunday in church, what part of I went to anyway. Thanks again Marold. Thanks so much for everything mary!! It was so much fun!!! Thanks to everyone who came and made it fun!! Definatly one of the funniest parties I've been to!! The huge and painfull sunburn I got was even worth it! Ow...anyone else horribly sunburnt?!

 

I was a little pinker when i left than when i arrived... but nothing drastic thank goodness. actually... the painful one was the grass blade cuts from rolling down the hill... but Weeeeeeeeeeeeee was it worth it!

oh, and in regards to the game i only have one thing to say.

oh, Kita, I feel for you!! I got home and I was already red as a barn! When I woke up the next day it hurt so bad I could bear to go to church I've been dripping in aloe for the past three days...
next time we play outdoors we need to assign someone to bring sunscreen, or a big event tent...

 

Me too... man and I swear my sunburn is getting worse as the days go by...not better...how the heck does that work? and you know that flared shirt i was wearing? yea well my wrists a little part of my arm and my hands aer bright red!! It looks so funny! People laugh at me at work cause of it!!

So whos the sunscrean bringer person? Come on...you know you want the job!

no, I tan too, but with my immenseness, I rarely do so anymore... Don't want to offend anyones sensibilites, you know. And besides, I don't like the "It's the Great White Whale!" comments, either.

 

My sunburn is now a pretty tan. Wonder how long it will last?
