OK, I am not holding music practice at church for the next two weeks, which means we have Tuesday nights open for saber training starting tomorrow. Anyone interested in meeting sometime around 7pm tomorrow for some practice?

 

I am interested but unfortunately called in to be cab service for my daughter for the next two Tuesdays with drop off at 7:30 and pick up at 8:30. Ah, well. Practice the Tuesdays after that look good... right now.

 

I'd be interested, but my Tuesdays are booked (under contractual obligation) until May.

 

I was not able to make it this past tues but I can make it on this tues coming up which would be the 22nd if you can still get the church for dueling

 

Can you get the church on Tuesday Jon? Might be good for a final rehearsal before the Winterfest dueling demo.

 

The church is open on Tuesday (tomorrow night) for winterfest rehearsal. Steve Lu and I will be there going over our duel. This is an open session if there is any interest. Meeting time is 7pm.

I'm home sick now and so while I'd love to demo the advanced 10 with a partner I likely won't have a chance to practice prior to the day.

Looks like it's you and me, Dooku. At last we meet again for the first time, for the last time... wait.. yeah, that's it.

 

Good practice this past tuesday. we'll be ready for Winterfest. I have to check my rehearsal schedule for the coming weeks, but I'd like to continue with duels just so we can get ahead and put some material together. This will hopefully help in the choreography for the Bisons and we can spend a little more time tweaking and finalizing in April rather than full out writing at that time.

Lisa, if you can make some of these as well, even though you can't duel, I'd appreciate the feedback and coaching.

Im at 50/50 right now if will be able to make ...will be able to know for sure by tomorrow.....although i do have some new moves I wanna try after watching my some clone wars episodes

 

Great time tonight! We developed a salute for duelists and talked about creating a form (or kata) for children as well as one for adults... oh, yeah, and we worked on fight choreography.

 

i know tuesdays is the usual duel night, a night not so easily attended as i works nights. i do however have free weekends for future reference.

 

I could do Saturdays after 4

 

Yeah but then we would need a location to duel at for satutdays

 

ill look into some places where we could duel. ill update here if and when i can find a place

 

Depending on the date (if the church has anything on the calendar) we could still use the church building.
