KC, MO Major HotA announcement!

"It is a dark time for the
Alliance.........."
Effective immediatly, Heart of the Alliance is officially dissolved.
For whatever reasons, the involvement with members has severely declined over the past year and a half.
There have been several attempts to get the momentum going in HotA's favor, the largest being this past January. But it seemed that no matter what was tried, the Group just kept dwindling and dwindling.
This was not an easy decision, and was talked over for many weeks with several members. We're sorry that it has come to this, and it was from easy to decide this, but we can see no other way. It has stopped being fun for many members, and without fun, and a love for Star Wars, what is the point of this group?
Perhaps someday, a new group will form and replace the void.
The Kansas City FanForce will still be available as a forum in the FanForce area on TheForce.NET, and I will remain the Chapter Representative through Dec. 31st, 2009. At that time, someone will have to step up if Kansas City is to continue to have a FanForce chapter. The Heart of Alliance boards will be shut down sometime in January.
Lastly, I would like to thank everyone who has been a part of this group. It was great in it's day, but as we know, all good things must come to an end.
