Lou, KY Metropolis SuperCon March 10-11

    The Metropolis SuperCon (or "MetroCon" as it used to be called) has gone downhill since I first met Peter Mahyew there many moons ago. The city used to put their weight behind it but times are tough even for governments so it became a private, and smaller show a couple of years back. I wouldn't even mention it except this year they have a Star Wars guest...C. Andrew Nelson, who I hadn't heard of before but has spent some time in the suit playing Vader for video games and reshoots and such and worked for ILM and Lucas Arts. Pretty interesting. So I'm 50/50 on going. If anyone else in interested in going I'd be more likely to go and I'd be happy to show you around Metropolis (what there is of it)
