Waco, TX New Figures Found At .... Forum

I got Slave Leia Unleashed at ToysRUs yesterday.

And they weren't on the shelves either. They were all at the front. The lady who sold her to me said they were tired of the scalpers getting all the toys. And she also said that they were having a problem with Leia walking out on her own.

 

Glad you got one. Good to see some stores are taking responsibility against scalpers.

Anybody need a Gollum figure, head to Walmart today. There were at least 3 or 4 of them. I picked up my precio.. oops, I mean mine.

 

Also one helms deeps legolas and king theoden in battle armor was there,gollum figure is Kewl.

Didn't find anything new this weekend, but I heard there might be some new stuff at Toys R' Us on Tuesday....

 

Talked to Fred this morning at Target. He said they should be getting a truck in tonight.

 

I don't know about new figures but Th Family Guy is on dvd BABY!!!!! and it just started on cartoon network an 10:30!! the show that is surpassed in wrongness by only South Park is back!!

Greetings to all. Target is at a stand still as far as Star Wars figures are concerned. I am checking the trucks daily, with hopes of seeing a glimmer of light, as it stands (April 25th) nothing. Our next hope is on our Tuesday morning truck, I,ll keep checking and posting, but as for Sat. save your gas and sleep in late.
Sleep well and dream of the new wave(cause thats the only place we'll see them).

Man I hope Target gets something soon, oh well. I did pick up a Legolas Helm's Deep though....

 

I hope we'll get them in soon. I get sad going by the toys there and seeing just a Lott Dodd and a lot of the Deluxe figures.

 

If I see lott dodd one more time at toysrus I think I am going to buy three of them to bring them to the party this weekend to burn them.

 

Target had the new deluxe Obi-Wan and Jango, but all had severely crushed bubbles. The Obi-Wan looks good if you're thinking of getting one to open.

 

Let me tell you something about dumbass dan the scalper man-I have been to target a couple of times in the morning about ten oclock and I have noticed a handheld cart and this morning a couple of hot wheels in front of the starwars section.This is a common dumbass tatic by a scalper saying "hey,I got there before you".What a total loser.

 

Chill Roberto, this morning I found a few new figures at Target. They had a Mynock Hunt Chewie,Boba Fett, Destroyer Droid and 2 R2-D2s. It must have been part of Collection 1 wave 10(see above). I picked up the Chewie and Boba, but left the scraps for Vince and Dan(those crappy R2s). I couldn't figure out why there were only 5 figures there when I was there yesterday when they opened. I saw Fred as I was checking out and he said sometimes they put stuff out after 1 if pegs are empty. I guess they must have put the case out yesterday afternoon sometime.

You guys should have been at Target this morning. There was a Collection 1 wave 10 case plus an older case and some different deluxe figures-the Spider droid and Super Battle Droid builder. Unfortunately, two other people were looking for Star Wars(not Vince or Dan). One was that young scalper guy and the other was the bald headed guy from Killeen. I was only able to get one Hoth Han, one Boba Fett and one Spider Droid. The scalper guy got the most, he had almost a whole basket full. I would have called someone if these two guys hadn't shown up.

 

Thats okay, when supply catches up with demand thats when the scalpers will be a non -factor with starwars.

 

Got into confrontation(right spelling?) with those two young scalper guys,he said he bought a shopping cart full,so I said you need to save some for somebody else and quit scalping.he said I (me)would have done the same thing If they were not there.I told Him no I am not a scalper I am a collector.I am sorry to say the world is full of *******s just like my father said to me long ago but I hope I just dont turn into one like they are.
