Obi-Wan's saber on TCG box...(possible spoiler)

Okay, on the box of the AOTC card game, isn'g Obi-Wan holding the same saber he had in Episode I, or is that Qui-Gone's saber? I know it's not just a shot of him from EpI b/c he's got the beard and everything...when does he make the saber we see in ANH?

Qui-Gone's was Green, this one on the box is Blue. I don't think It's Qui's. Or am I wrong? Sheeeeeeeeeznat, I don't know. I haven't looked at the box for a while now

 

I'm pretty sure it's Obi-Wan's from EpI...but how the hell did he get it back?!?!
