I have teh broken tooth that is hurting. I hope to get it pulled tomorrow and hope they accept my insurance.

 

Okay people, the Halloween party is this Sat. so I thought I would try and do another head count. So, please let me know if you plan to attend and if you will be bringing anyone with you. Also, as Christina had stated we plan to have games and we are also making this a dinner type potluck. So, please let me know what type of dish you plan to bring too. It is important that we get a head count as we plan to have prizes, etc. I don't know if we will have time to carve pumpkins that night, so maybe we could just have anyone that wanted to bring there carved pumpkin and then we can judge on the best, most original, etc.
Also, did anyone want to go in on some "adult" punch?

Hey, I don't have time to make pasole so I will make cornbread to go with Frank's chili. I also agree, we don't really have time for pumpkins, and since really no one was interested we can skip that.

 

Its looking pretty likely that I'll be there. So, I'll need directions. and sugestions for something I can bring that I can just pick up somewhere...lol (not hauling something 2 hrs unless its soda or something like that...lol)

May just have to stop downtown too & soak in the World Series ambiance (especially if the rainouts keep pushing everything back)

 

Assuming my health holds up (its tenuous grip is beginning to slip), I'll be there. No idea what I'll bring or what I'll wear.
I'd be in for punch, I think; let me know what I'd need to do.

Suggestions on food? Anyone? Bueller?

My suggestions would be chips and salsa or any kind of Halloween sweet. Cake, cookies, carmel apples, etc. Just try to let either I or Christina know if you can, so we don't have alot of the same thing.

I am going to suggest that everyone bring their own drinks, just because we have such a large array of tastes.

Oh, -E-, I am going to skip on the "adult" punch and just do Bloody Mary's for the Halloween effect. Muuuwwwwaaaaahhhhhaaahhahaahhha! (evil laugh)

It looks like we are going to have a nice turnout after all! Yay!!!!

 

Don't forget Tojo and Co. on the list and a MySpace guy. His name (or nickname at least) is Dom.

ok, well looks like I'm going to have to call you guys and see how late you are going. Thought I was going to make it, but instead it looks like I'm going to be going to the central west ends business association costume contest. That runs 8 to midnight. So like I said, I'll have to play this one by ear.

Ok,

I took a day off and feel a little better, so I'm in; I won't be in costume, though.

I think I'm gonna be bringing an assortment of junk food, real easy stuff, since I'm not all set up for cooking yet in my new place. Chips, dips, etc. Couple of bags, with maybe some sweet seasonal treat of questionable quality .
