[Official Announcement] Here's what's going to happen - all participants post

We're still ironing out the details, but here's the gist: we are going to move forward, and we are going to put more people in the house. The numbe we'll need depends on the number of you staying, so once more, please offically yay in this thread, or nay (here or by PM) so you can leave.

We do have some challenges and activities planned. We threw several ideas around this weekend. Like RJ said in the other thread, SLG stepped down from hosting (kinda suddenly) and she was the one doing the planning; we were doing the advising and the helping. From now on, Dajuan, RJ and I will be doing the best we can to run this by committee, and we will be in here making ourselves visible. The mass exodus also threw us for a loop, so in like 36 hours things went crazy, and we are still trying to patch things up. We'll be as fast as possible, though. We hav a couple activites planned, but between the craziness of the weekend and us still pulling everything back together and the fact that this is a holiday weekend, we're not 100% set on the plans for this week, but we're forging ahead. We do have plans, though (and yes, I'm being vague, but why spoil the surprise? ).


Anyway, please post in here that you're staying or not so we have the final count, and let us know if you have any questions.

Bringing new people in is a smack in the face to those of us who have been here from ther start and made contributions in the forum.

I'm still here (and posting every day).

My suggestion is the alter the times for the games and tasks to ensure everyone has enough time to participate no matter what time zone they are on.

we don't know if they are staying though. they have yet to post whether they're staying or leaving. either way we had 13 before people left that's 5 people who have already left.

 

Well, at elast we have some drama now.

 

yeah, except this drama doesn't make enemies. at best it'll make friends. so I think this drama might be good for us who have stuck it out.

 

then why don't you post in the abortion thread - that'll cause up some drama!

 

We will be trying to announce contests sooner from here on - and have more than just the regular weekly ones, including some stuff to win colors

 

because that drama makes enemies, not friends...

 

but the people want drama, and who are we to stand in the way of what the people want?

 

More time would be nice, especially for thing to be done in rl. I am not that felxible there.

There's enough drama currently with all the people leaving for no good reason if you ask me. I'm sure they have their reasons, but I don't get them.
