    FanForce

    New name?
The Puerto Rico forum is debating to change their name to CARIBBEAN STAR WARS FAN CLUB.
The issue still under debate. Possible the forum is going to split in two forums.

    Raising money:
South Australian Fan Force are doing the Relay For Life in Victor Harbour - South Australia on the 2/3 May. Adalia-Durron is team captain and we have raised $1800 for cancer research. Should be a great weekend.

The Victorian Bushfire Charity Auction is going well, with over $3,500 raised so far. Kudos to lordvaderff for his efforts, this has been his baby. His mother has passed away during all this and he has managed to remain dedicated to the cause. He has had it very rough, and I (Adalia-Durron) cannot thank him enough.

    Come and meet some FFer!
Tasmania is having a Sci Fi convention 15/16/17th May, I know a few people heading down for it.

FF Sweden is planning to meet up on either teh 16th or 17th of May. Just get together, talk and have fun.

CrazyMike and AmberStarbright are heading over to the UK and will be meeting up with some of the FF-UKers.

    More news:
Australia and New Zealand commemorated ANZAC day on the 25th April, dawn services around both countries.

Fresh from seeing Blade Runner for the first time, halibut is now watching Battlestar Galactica for the first time, from start to finish. Anyone giving spoilers will be banned.

The FF-UK are also debating whether Samuel L Jackson should have received an Oscar.

Do you love games? Want to join the first round of a new game? Then come and sign up for quick-games "In the Blue Milk". It will be an interesting game!
