Opinions on a video newsletter

Hey guys, so I'm recently promoted to station manager of an over the air station in Austin TX and one of my new changes is to focus a lot more on social media, specifically youtube. I started a video series to act as a video newsletter (we're a student run tv station, so you can only volunteer while you're in school here) to keep in touch with our alumni and get new eyes on our organization. here it is

Anyways, if you guys have time to spare I'd really appreciate some of your input on what's working, what doesn't work, etc. And if you wanted to go the extra mile and subscribe/friend the channel, that'd be great, but I'm mainly looking for professional comments.
