JCC planning tomorrow's lunch

i come to you, fellow denizens of the jcc, to assist me with one of the greatest conundrums that there ever shall be! tomorrow, i foresee that come noon o'clock, i shall be hungry and needing nourishment and sustenance. but i fear that, as the mod favorite, i shall be confused and indecisive as to the needs of my belly. i beg thee, assist me in planning out what i should have for lunch!

entirely plausible, plus there is a good pizza place with an all one can eat lunch buffet. this shall be considered!

a side of grape leaves? silly chorus, i am not a bug that eats the leaves of grapes.

 

oh man, frieda, i think you may have made my stomach happy. it all depends upon the finances for that one, though.

 

Sushi is hard to do for lunch, though. I like to eat sushi at a leisurely pace... sushi is more an experience for me, if that makes any sense. It's hard to wolf down sushi on a lunch break.

 

agreed, but i can take a longer lunch if necessary. it's one of the joys of being the mod favorite, you see, so leisurely eating sushi can be done over lunch.

 

caesar salad!

 

Pack a healthy lunch. What I do is take five slices of Wonder bread, then squeeze them together into a single wad of bread, about 1/3 the diameter of a tennis ball. Melt Hershey's chocolate in the microwave, then dip the bread wad ball into chocolate, roll around until thoroughly coated. Let chill overnight in the refrigerator. Store in a cold pack for lunch.

he could also have a caesar salad. everyone should really.

 

Have a salad with tuna(not to be confused with the tuna salad sandwich). It does not get much more deliciously healthy.

 

what if i were to have a caesar salad with tuna on it? then i can fulfill the suggestions of tom and empireforever at once! two birds, one stone! mmmmmm, birds.... maybe i'll have chicken.

 

If the tuna is raw, you will partially fulfill the sushi suggestion, as well.

i'm going to have a caesar salad today for the second day in a row, but this time i'm going to chop up some fake chicken patties and add those to the salad. it's pretty exciting.

 

I prefer reading about lunches past to reading of hopes for lunches to come.

 

but future lunches have infinite potential!

 

But they are not legend.

 

my philly cheesesteak was quite good, but i wouldn't rank it as legendary. maybe that will be monday's lunch...
