The Susan G. Komen "Race For The Cure" is being held in SLC on May 10, 2008!

There are several options for "racing," so you don't have to actually run. Walking a 5K is incredibly easy, and they're also offering a 1-mile walk course. They've also added "Sleep In For The Cure" and "Workout For The Cure" options for people who can't come out to the race. I've done this several times in Phoenix, and participated in Denver's race last year (by "working out for the cure"). It's so much fun, and it's for such a great cause!

I'd love for us to get a SLCFF team together to participate. But just joining me in the race would be awesome too - team or not. :)

Details and registration info can be found at the race page that I linked.

    Any takers? :)

That sounds like alot of fun. I can't commit to anything as of yet though but I think it's a great idea.

I think it'd be fun, but I'll be in California that day.

Well, you could do "Sleep In for the Cure" if you still want to participate. :)

You get 8 hours of sleep? Is that a night? I'm jealous now.

I love sleep! I do my best to get at least 7 hours a night. If not, I get cranky.
