[TECH] Error: You cannot post more than 1 message per 15 seconds

    This is one of the posts of my second try, to try to determine if I did in fact hallucinate the first one...

    And this right here is copied/pasted from directly above this very message after my attempt:

    Error: You cannot post more than 1 message per 15 seconds

    So there you have it folks, from a normal user, from two posts that were in fact within 15 seconds of each other initially (almost simultaneous).

    EDIT: Now I really must go to bed... I think I'm talking too much and probably not making as much sense as I would hope for. :p

    I tried it after I got my colors. It does affect VIPs.
