will i be able to put this in my sig? well, that, only twice as big. can we make our own icons? will there be new moderators? will i get my own room? if i lose all of my posts, how will people know to respect me? can i get a special title over there? if i do get locked out, is there a key hidden outside the door somewhere? like in a rock or under the mat? if there is i won't tell anybody, just let me know so i can still get in. will i have to go to a new school? will my new friends be able to sleep over? what if i don't make any new friends?

 

Wha- the Move happening so soon?!?

Question about email addresses...

Back before the dark times you can register multiple usernames on one email address. Will this be a problem at the new place? Should I be sure my most precious socks have a sole email address to themselves or is it okay to share the old one?

 

Looks like the new board is like our current version of Snowboards/IGNBoards/Whteverboards: you can't register more than one account with the same e-mail address.

Theoretically, if the migration is done correctly and the database is simply converted to the new Xenforo format, there should be no issues with old socks sharing addresses. Theoretically, of course. We'll see what happens when we get there. It's going to be so fun.

 

I wanted a serious answer.

Some of us have proposed using the temp board to experiment with the icon/avatar system. Nothing has been decided so far, and it's not one of our priorities right now.

But what if they were cutting edge, harps?

I am okay with .gif icons as long as the only two allowed are the Raptors mascot falling and 50 cent smiling and driving away.

it would be neat if there were no limits on icon size so i could use a 1920 x 1080 one and destroy every thread i post in.

I think I need to point out that it's an absolute travesty that The Move won't wait until I've got 50,000 posts on these boards.

Question: If one is banned in the temp forums, will that continue in the new permanent forums, or can we pretend like it's some kind of alternate reality?
