Thundarr The Barbarian could be a cool scifi flick if taken seriously.

Oh please. It wouldn't be The Hobbit then. It would be Peter Jackson's basterization of the Hobbit. And no, I'm not kidding.

They're already making this apparently, but a Wheel of Time movie. It'll be extremely hard to pull off without butchering the book, but if it can be done, it will be amazing.

My wish list movie that will never, ever happen?

    Secret Wars.

I'm not talking the mediocre series Bendis wrote, but the original, vintage Secret Wars.

Come on, how awesome would it be to see that on the big screen?

    Serenity 2

The Merlin Trilogy + The Wicked Day by Mary Stewart given the LOTR treatment - if Hollywood was looking for the next great fanstasy epics these would be it. We'd finally get on screen an Arthur worth cheering for AND a Mordred who turns on his father because of circumstances, not because he was evil.

Basically I'd really just love to see someone come up with a new Sci-Fi or Fantasy franchise that's FRESH and ORIGINAL. I'm sick of all of the usual rehash junk that Hollywood's been producing lately.

A Runaways movie seems like it would be a lot of fun if they cast it right and didn't mainstream it.

I'd like to take all the Marvel film characters and their villains thrown into one big Secret Wars flick.

that'd be great or something based off of the current Civil War series. although that'd be next to impossible since so many studios have rights to the different characters

Somone mentioned Dune, I'd really like to see them take another stab at this series for the big screen, and this time finish the whole series on film.
