The last chapter airs tomorrow We will have to wait until March next year for the next 10. It's going to be a long wait.

On a sad note, Jonathon Brandis who played Lucas on SeaQuest DSV has died at the age of 27. Looks like a possible drug overdose.

A harsh view but I basically agree with you.

 

Actually according to news reports Jonathan Brandis committed suicide. He was discovered by a friend after hanging himself and was rushed to hospital but died shortly after. I still remember him as Lucas from SeaQuest DSV and the kid from the Neverending Story. So sad... I wonder what drove him to it. Apparently a tox screen found no trace of drugs in his system.

If I remember correctly he was also in the movie sidekicks with Chuck Norris.

It's sad to hear of his death, He was quite a good actor IMO.

 

Who was he in that movie. Was he the main kid or someone else? I haven't seen any of the shows he was in but I have seen that.

Never seen Short Circuit 2 but I have the original on VHS.

 

Though it's long gone in the real world, Farscape is back on Channel 9 this thursday night around 10.30.

 

It's also back on WIN TV on Thursdays and Saturdays at 10.30pm. I'm guessing it will start from Season 2.

Also it has been confirmed that Farscape will return to TV in the form of a 4 part mini series hopefully in 2003/2004.

 

That's great news. I remember reading that they were planning a movie, so I suppose this is the result of that original plan.

As far as I know, Ch9 were somewhere around season 3 the last time I saw it. Anyway, eventually I'll pick up all the DVD box sets.

 

I had no idea what was going on in last nights episode, I thought they'd missed a vital part of the story..
Just turned out to be a wierd (but good) ep..

 

Well SJ last nights episode 'Scratch 'N Sniff' was half way through Season 3 so that's why it felt different because they havve skipped a bunch out but again that story was very wierd. Possibly the worst episode of Season 3.

 

Strange, yes, but there were moments there that were quite funny.

But it shows how many episodes I've missed when half of the original cast I enjoyed are gone and forgotten.

 

Tonights episode (Saturday) is very good. Part 1 of 3 called 'Infiniate Possibilities'.

 

That was a good show last night. Great to see the opera house / coat hanger appearing in a sci-fi movie.

 

Bah, missed it Didnt know it was on.. ahh well
