Well, I've decided to reopen the site. Though I deleted the other forum, you can find the new site here. It's finished. I've lowered some goals, and have finally discovered that you don't have to have an RPG board for every planet. :p

Can I get some comments and suggestions?

That's looking really good, Bacon. I like how, even though most of the boards are your normal SW/RPG boards, that you have thrown in a few extra newer kinds there. One thing that I like is the idea of the databank. Because most RP sites fail to make one of those, and I feel that databanks with all characters, factions and history are important for newer members coming in. So, keep up the good work.

    P.S.
Sorry that I didn't get to your PM, I am answering it now.

    Thanks bac.

Do you have any idea for a better name than a hack of Star Wars?

Well, "War of the Stars" is not that bad. But, if you want something new I would reccomend seeing where the plot goes. After that, you can see what title would best fit for the war that is happening. Until then, you could always call it like "The Great War" or "The Great Star Wars" or something like that.

Well the RPG itself is going to be very open ended, and the players will make the plot... [face_thinking]

I'm going to have to stay with this as of now. It just seems very cliche.

IMO, "War of the Stars" is cliche but it's not that bad.

Hey Bacon! I'm at school, and WOTS is blocked. Now how I can get around it?

That would not be his site. That would be the fault of a blocking system your school has placed to block out certain types of websites. My school doesn't allow me to see TF.N, ST.N, FS.N or anything else for that matter.

Yeah, but Maitenance Mode does not block your site. When MM is up, only staff members can actually get in to the forums, but you can still get onto the Login Screen. I am going to assume that MasterYogurt got a Symantic "This page has been blocked" screens that computers at many schools get.

    Hey, it's me!

Well, then that's just not fair :p. I don't see why your school would not have done that though. They tend to block the bigger sites and not the smaller sites. Seen as how TF.N is the largest Star Wars community on the web, it is very interesting that it is not blocked.

    Bacon,
You made a comment about Naboo. From everything that I've read @ sw.com and in swi mag, Naboo looks and feels a lot like Italy, particularly Tuscany and Florence. The baroque clothing that the Naberrie family wears looks like it was borrowed from The Restoration. Palpatine reminds me of the Godfather, and the word "polpettine" means meatball.
    Just some observations.
