'Throne Room Ceremony', I think. The room it's in is always referred to as the 'Throne Room' (scripts & soundtrack listing).

She looked pretty emotional to me. So she wasn't balling cry - Tarkin had just exploded a whole planet. That will kind of knock the wind out of your sails.

Plus, we didn't see her in the cell. I'm sure she cried plenty.

 

there is a deleted scene where we see her react , but it doesn't really work . when you think about it what reaction could one give anyway ? an entire planet being destroyed is pretty unique , the incident is so massive and final that it has to be the climax to the scene .

I disagree with you. I think it would not only be awesome, but would tie in the two trilogies, if we see Bail Organa/and/or Jimmy Smits in the future edited special editions of A New Hope. That would just be plain awesome.....
