plagery is illegal and a lawsuit would not be very cool. especially since the logo was my idea. i would end up taking alot of crap from.

 

Noooo! By changing it you avoid all of that. More likely would be that the 501'st pikes peak garrison (which doesn't seem to exist any longer) would simply be angry at us.
I think that the "Mountain Garrison" absorbed the Pikes Peak one and then they changed their logo. So I don't think this one is used any longer anyhow.

Same logo for the Mountain Garrison... Pikes Peak is just a Squad in that Garrison

u all know what the sw logog looks like(or i asume you do) we could have it say scff or southern colorado fanforce and make it look like the sw logo

And the Pikes Peak Squad is still active.

EDIT: Maybe if you combined the Rebel Logo w/ teh Imperial Cog on a kind of a split And took the Name Extensions off (or ran them down the sides)

 

Yeah, I finally got the hierarchy thing down.

Garrison is made up of squads...

But we could make a few changes to the logo. Use the rebel symbol. Put our name above, something else below. Maybe change the mountains around a bit.

Just a general starting point...

I think it has potential. I think we could find some better fonts (perhaps some SW fonts?) and I think the layout should be tightened up a bit. There is a little bit too much white space.

I think this is an excellent start and we should be able to get something pretty nice nailed down pretty soon if we choose to use it.

I made it from MS power point and MS paint.Only if i had photo shop.

I think it needs a better rebel logo, to be firmed up, color, and a much better font.

 

Where did you find the tribal symbol? Did you draw it?

 

I found it as a tatoo on the net, printed it,sketched what i wanted ,scanned it ,flipped it and slapped the other stuff on. so its not a complete original but its not copy righted oor trademarked.

I like the fact that you could see the mountain/treelike shape when flipped. I'll try to throw together something from the original image.

we should use the font that is on the sw monopoly money i forget where it is from but the game comes with a thing that translates it and i thing you can download it off the internet too.

 

There is Jedi Symbol and Aurabesh... Which I have both of

 

I respectfully deny that a "Jedi Symbol" exists.

And Aurabesh can't be read by the average human. It isn't english letters.

Perhaps we should stick to our alphabet?

Of course, it might be cool to have it in Aurabesh... Hmmmm...

 

Jedi Symbol is the stuff that they used in Ep1... And it is a real font You even have a copy of it now
