Week 7/Weekly Task: Let's Do the Thread Warp

Mrs_Kitty: I would like if I may to take you on a strange journey. It seemed a fairly ordinary day when B?omarr and his friend Katya_Jade left the JCC that early May morning to visit a friend over in the Blue Yoda Society. Its true there were signs of a strange adventure ahead; rampant n00bie posting in the JCC, Comms drama (more than usual) and bannings of all types. It was a day they were going to remember for a very long time.

B?omarr and Katya walk along the twists and turns of the JC. Looking around, they are confused and dismayed to find they took a wrong turn.


B?omarr: I think we took a wrong turn somewhere around the Senate.

Katya_Jade: Oh dear! But then, where did these new posts come from?

B?omarr: Hmmm?well I guess we?ll have to turn back. You?d better stay here while I go for help.

Katya_Jade: But where will you go? We?re in the middle of e-nowhere.

B?omarr: Didn?t we pass a new forum a few back? Maybe they have an available PM we could use.

Katya_Jade: I?m coming with you.


Mrs_Kitty: And so it seemed that fortune had smiled on B?omarr and Katya and that they had found the assistance that their plight required - or had they?


B?omarr rings the strange forum?s doorbell. It makes an eerie sound.


Katya_Jade: Oh B?omie let?s go back. I?m frightened.

B?omarr: Just a moment Katya. They may be able to point us in the direction of the JCC.


The door opens. In the background, loud music is heard as if there is a party going on inside. A strange figure emerges. He is a hunchbacked servant.

RidingMyCaroselOnYou: Hello.

B?omarr: Hi! My name is B?omarr and this is my friend, Katya. I?ah?wondered if you could help us. We were trying to visit a friend in another forum and got lost. Could you please point us in the direction of the JCC or let us use your PM to contact someone for directions?

RidingMyCaroselOnYou: You?d better come in.


Riding beckons them to come in and leads them down a long stairway. The music becomes louder as they descend the stairs.


Katya_Jade: Oh B?omie I?m so scared. What kind of forum is this?

B?omarr: I don?t know. Maybe some secret, ivory tower forum.


Katya turns to Riding and hesitantly asks a question.


Katya_Jade: Did you start a social thread in here? Seems quite festive.

RidingMyCaroselOnYou: No. You've arrived on a rather special night. It's one of the master's affairs.

Katya_Jade: Oh, lucky him.

JediPrincessKas: He?s lucky. You?re lucky. I?m lucky. We?re all lucky.


B?omarr and Katya are rather unnerved by this outburst from the domestic. They look back to Riding who is now standing at the edge of the forum.

cb was the "chorus". I was going to keep going through the next scene, but it would have been too long. wstraka was going to be Fast Eddie and cb the creature.

Oh. I'm strangely attracted to Sammy and repulsed at the same time. It's too bad Steve left us, I think he would have made a great Meatloaf.
