I would like to know what you think is the greatest mystery in the Star Wars Universe you want solved in the next 2 films?

I would like to know what species Yoda is.

 

What a Nerf looks like. And more importantly, a Nerf Herder.

 

Well we already have some idea of what a Nerf Herder looks like. Apparently Han looks like one .

I'd like to know a little of Palpatine's backstory. How did that Sith manage to work his way so high up in to politics. Granted that a politician's job is perfect for a sith but still...

i wouldn't mind seeing the fight between yoda and the dark jedi from Bfpash that leaves the dark side stain on the tree. also where does padme end up in the whole story?

If I remember correctly the phrase was 'scruffy looking.. nerf herder'
Which means that a nerf herder could possibly look better than Han?

 

True. And as for Grizzly's wish - there's several things from Zahn's novels I'd like to see (including that particular fight), but I wouldn't expect to see anything from EU. Except perhaps a cameo style thing like the Outrider leaving Mos Eisley. Imagine seeing Lando's Nklon (sp?) mining facility on the big screen.

 

I don't want everything explained or solved per se, they attempted to explain the force in TPM and they made it into something that would be more at home in Star Trek than in an epic space fantasy.
It would be nice to see things like different parts of Coruscant, the surface of Alderaan, and the Imperial Academy, but only if in telling a gripping story those scenes come into play.
After TPM, I remember one person noticing that R2 had different wheels, and was hoping the reason why would be explained in the next 2 films, is this really important? hell no.
Gimme a good movie and I'll be happy.

 

I want to know everything about Boba Fett in the next two films.

I want to know where Uncle Owen fits in the scheme of things.

As a kid, I figured he was Anakin's brother and hated Obi Wan for convincing Anakin to be a Jedi. That's why he didn't want Luke to meet him.

Nowadays, I know his surname is Lars, and Ep1 makes it pretty clear Anakin is an only child. So is he maybe a 'yet to be' close friend of Anakin's, who is angry at Obiwan for exposing him to some as yet unknown danger.


Hmmmmmmmm.

 

I thought Owen was somehow related to Obi-Wan.

 

In the novel of Return of the Jedi, Obi-wan commented in passing that Owen was his brother. I'd always just accepted that. I'm curious to see if they'll stick to that or not.

 

I've never really thought about Obi-Wan and Owen being brothers. hmmmmmmmmm....now I'm gonna have to go watch ANH again. Darn!

 

I'd always kinda figured that it explained some of the animosity. It's not unusual for brothers to have a falling out and build up a large amount of distrust. I guess we'll see. I've avoided spoilers but just in case the following comment is a spoiler to anyone.

Owen and Beru Lars will be in episode II and I would assume that there'll be scenes with them and Obi-wan. I'm sure we'll learn the nature of their relationship then.
