I am rather fond of Yoda's "fear is the path to the dark side" speech in The Phantom Menace. It was so cool a speech that Lisa Kudrow participated in a parody of that very scene at some MTV award show several years ago. Classic lines.

I use it all the time at work. I work on cars. We have to push them in all the time.

I voted for "may the force be with you". Because that is my favorite saying.

 

In lieu of the fact that it doesn't have the greatest overconfidence line ever, Tarkin's "Evacuate? In our moment of triumph?" line, I voted 'Scruffy'.

Of course, Han's best IMO was always "Watch your mouth, kid, or you'll find yourself floating home". In fact, before it filled up with other things, that line used to be my sig.

Vader telling Luke that he is his father is single handedly the greatest moment is cinamatic hisotry hands down, don't argue with me.
