The Myth games are my favorite. Unfortunately, it looks like Myth III is going to be a little dated...a little too similar to the first two...and therefore won't get excellent reviews.

My other favs. are Giants: Citizen Kabuto and Clive Barker's Undying, and I'm guessing both Jedi Outcast and Empire Earth will join the ranks.

Civ II
can't beat the playability, repeatability etc... can never get sick of it. Only game which has been in the hard drive on any computer I've played in for the past 5 years. Can run on any puter ... P133 and dont need the Internet

First game I spend 8 hours solid playing

Yeah, did you know Counterstrike is the Expansion of Half-life.
Ihaven't played it yet but I hear GREAT comments about it.

Civ II is awesome...
But Test of Time is better. I just got it FREE with PC User magazine!

Right now Max Payne, any Star Wars games expecially the Dark Forces series, and the X-Wing series. Unreal Tournament, and anything Half-Life. I also like Blade of Darkness.

Deus Ex is probably at the top on my list, for it's amazing single-player experience.

Others would be: Baldur's Gate I & II, Half-Life, Jedi Knight, Civilization II, Heroes Of Might & Magic II, Starcraft.
