IE Candlelighters Event

Brianna Cadman Memorial Kids’ Walk This event helps bring community awareness to childhood cancer and shows support for families who have a child with cancer. Families and businesses are welcome to participate in the 1.5 mile walk. Trophies and gifts are given to the participants.
September 18 – 8:30 am to 11:00 am
$10.00 per person and any funds you can raise.
Also we want to make a basket for the raffle so any new Star Wars related toys or books would be nice. We want to donate a nice big basket.

We are waiting to hear back about costumes. The lady there said she didn't want anything "scarey" for the kids. So as of now probably just jedi, or senatorial. We will update more.

i also noticed that the inland empire fan force isnt doing too well either
why is your fan force dead exactly?/how?

Yeah, I think everyone moved on. I actually founded this Fan Force, there were three of us at the beginning, then a bunch of high school students from Apple Valley sort of took the place over. That was a couple years ago, I'm sure they all went to college and whatnot (this place was also trolled a bit by those high schoolers).
I think it would be great if you could get some friends to join and start this Fan Force back up. I hope for the best.

well unfortunatly
i probly cant get any of my friends to join seeing as they arent motivated to post on the message boards on the san diego fan force
and my friends back in barstow probly wouldnt want to join either seeing as i moved when i was in fifth grade and now im in 8th
they would probly think its stupid
but the last day for FIDM is coming up and its supposed to be a huge turn out
if you guys went you guys would have alot of fun and we could possibly meet eachother and...
if im in the area of the good ol mojave and i happen to stop by when an event is going on you might see me
in my tie pilot gear or jedi

Nah, no one can do it alone...
Trust me, I tired along with several others to make this FanForce work. A lack of unity destroyed the group, and we all ended up going our own seperate ways. Plus, a lack of participants in the region; sure we had the required 3 members to kick it off in high gear, bt other than that we had no one else willing to post or even hang out... 
Sad really...but, perhaps it was never meant to be.

well victorville is getting pretty large
barstow is shrinking
victorville is where its at dude
more people will come
