The show will basically be a small discussion and review of the Clone Wars Novel, The Cestus Deception combined with an interview with the author Steven Barnes. On this show, we will review the twenty finalists for the 2004 Star Wars Fan Film Awards, organized by Atomfilms and Lucasfilm Ltd. We will review and announce our own winners. We will also discuss the actual winners and choices that were made at Comic-Con just before our actual show. Star Wars en Direct Special Edition - August 27,28,29th, 2004
SWD at the Canadian National Expo
The SWD crew will be spending the weekend in Toronto at the Canadian National Expo. We will mostly hang out and meet fans during the day. Of course we will be broadcasting during the evening from our hotel room and discuss multiples subjects including a round-up of our day at the con. The broadcast should be live, so check our website (see below) often to know exact times and location when they are announced.

Yesterday (Sept.7th) marks SWD's one year anniversary of broadcasting in english. I would say that our first year has met our expectations with 27 shows and some interesting interviews for a total of 79 hours...ouch! Thanks for keeping count Nathan.

Star Wars en Direct #25 - Star Wars Miniatures (September 12th, 2004)
This show will be dedicated the the newly release miniatures game from Wizards of the Coast. We'll explain the basic rules of the game, show you most of the figures on the webcam and play a mini-demo game on the air while you watch the webcam. While we review the year 2004, we will ask the fans what was their Star Wars highlight of 2004 (event, product, announcement, etc.) and what they're expecting for 2005.
