Shannon suggested a thread on this subject two weeks ago and can't get off her lazy duff to do it.
Since the movie DOOM just came out and several folks are planning to be in Franklin this weekend anyway, would anyone be interested in catching a matinee?

2:00 PM
4:15 PM
4:45 PM
I'd vote for the 2:00 show.

And I'll be working from 10-5 since any chance of me getting off early to troop was shot down when I found out that my store director is in the hospital today... leaving us with one manager for the next few days till JoAnne gets back from vacation. Weeeee Toys R Us is fun!

The Great Pumpkin is coming to Franklin! Okay, so that answers my next question. I was wondering if it was Saturday or Sunday.

The movie was pretty good. Especially considering most movies based on video games are craptacular. I liked the part near the end when it's filmed in "First Person Shooter" perspective.
I got a chuckle in one scene that wasn't supposed to be funny. I kept thinking of the comedian Dave Chappelle when he talked about how black men in horror movies are put in harm's way. "Hey, black man... stick your head in the air vent and see what's crawling in there!" Watch it and you'll see what I mean.
