just watching EP3 while cleaning....
when anakin comes back to tell padme he's going to mustafar - r2 beeps something and 3po says ''well, he is under alot of stress...'' does the book say what r2 beeped?
i was reading someone's SW blog and they were talking about how R2 had a chip that made him sense personality changes and that he sensed ani was no more or was changing or something?
and didn't r2 know who luke and the Lars' were?? even if 3po didn't?
too much time on my hands....i know, less watching, more cleaning.

I believe R2 is the link between all the stories, I think he knows who everyone is.....think- he knew obi wan, and 3P0 thought he was nuts!
