It's a Festivous Miracle!!!!!!!

I heard there was some discussion of having some sort of dinner/lunch get-together at the wing ding, and thought it was a great idea. I need to see what days/times work for people, I know Dylan works weird hours sometimes and some of you don't have Saturdays off, ect....and what people like cook and bring. Thoughts?
I hope you all had a great time at Thanksgiving with your families and I look foward to hearing from you about a holiday gathering!

I offerred to host an event on December 17th. I really didn't have anything in mind which is part of why I hadn't posted anything. I'd be happy to have a pot-lock at my place.
I might also host a New Year's Party, but I don't know about that yet.

I read today that Hanukah begins on the 15th...what are you getting? 
I know my house is too small to host something, depending on the number of intrested parties, your place may be a good idea. I had also thought of seeing if Patrick and Scott's place had a clubhouse that could be used for fre, if they were thinking of attending. I don't know what would be the best central location for everyone. Feel free to post thoughts!

Well, if we have the event at my place, you'll get to see.
I think 2 of our past three events have been in Murfreesboro with many others in Cool Springs, so I think it's about time something happen on this side of town.

can I get a better idea of how many people will be coming? I need to get a round number so I can look at options for places to have it- if it's a relitivly small gathering, I can try to have it here at my home. if it's a bit larger, I thought of asking Patrick and Scott about the clubhouse at their apartment in Hickory Hollow. As far as dates, the 17th is out if Dylan has plans.
Dylan, what day works best for you- I know you have the comedy troupe to think of, too!

You don't need to cancel it on my account -- it's tough to find a date when EVERYONE can make it.
Though if everyone's flexible on dates/times, Saturday the 16th in the afternoon is good for me. Or Monday the 18th.

I'm supposed to be doing a birtday party on the afternoon of the 16th, and there are only a few of us, so it would be bad to drop out now. I'm also pet sitting that weekend, so it would be much easier to have an event at my place. You could all carpool over from Hermitage/Antioch. If we're going to have too many people for my place, we could use my parents' house, but then you wouldn't get to see all my stuff.
BTW, the Festivus pole has appeared at my office. I will try to post a picture soon.

There's no reason Festivious has to be before Christmas, we can see if it is better to make it the week of New year's too. Kylie has been sick for a week, I'm sorry I have been MIA here on planning. Mom duty 1st!

I have to make a huge apolgy to my NAD friends for not making festivous happen. Kylie has been sick all of Christmas break, we just found out it's due to a touch of phenomonia, so I have been focused on her and trying to keep my family from getting sick. I hope to organize something in the very near futute so that we can all hang out. Thanks for your understanding!

Sorry to hear that Kylie's been sick this long. I missed work myself on Tuesday.
I was thinking about having people over next Saturday (13th) to watch the compilation I've put together of the Rose Parade. While the 5 networks coverage of the parade is similar, I don't think many people saw the pre-show or "making of" specials. I'm also going to seek out some additional video that has been posted around the web.
