Thanks for the info.
I know I will be going this year round again. Like I all ways do. lol. I think we may even be tring to set up a fan club table this year for the New Hampshire Mandalorians. So we can do a little recuiting and let people know who and where we are. We are still working out the details. I will let everyone know how it's going as it get going. 
I know I have talked to most everyone in the group so far and the plan is to be there. This is the biggest show of the year for us locally, so I'd like to see good number. I'll also be doing sometime for the 501st. as well. They are already signed up and well be there to.

That's all of you!! We will be working on a group display for the show. We will be talking about it over the next couple of meetings. I'd like to get with Brandon and have some of his work displayed as well.
So, I need everyone to be coming up with some new ideas for a group display. Something we can ALL work on. Don't worry I have a place all set to be able to work on it and store it. Remember this will be our first real showing at convention as a group and I'd like a good. Not that it will not.
Oh, one more thing. Please keep the ideas coming on the new films. We will be re-shoting the troop short soon. Will be using the NEW camra, thanks anyways John. (Hey, if you do find the cord let us know. lol!) We have a couple scripts done and would like a few more so we can shot a couple in one day. Let me know what you come up with.

Hey guy's,
From what I understand they are working on getting a few more Star Wars people. The problem is that with this being the 30th. anv. for Star Wars a lot of the people are booked up or they have traveled so much all ready this year they don't wish to go. I know the 501st. is tring to get some more people there so we'll see.

I see that Cathy St George has been added to the lineup. If I remember correctly she was also added the last two years and failed to show. With only 2 months to go, it isn't looking good for Star Wars guests to be added to the lineup. Pretty weak so far....

My fam will do its best to get there this year. It'll be our first time. I told my son he could meat Darth Maul and he almost reverted back to needing diapers. Cant wait!

the crew from MA will be there again this year. we plan on having a table set-up like we have in the past. this year will be the first under our new united front (no more Foxboro and Boston). I know I plan on attending for a lil while. Last year I was there for a couple hrs I had to get back to the hospital to be with my wife and new born son. Like I said I am hoping to attend for a lil while, but not sure what we will have planned for our son's 1st birthday.

Well the NH Mandalorians will be there this year for sure. I'll be booking the room here in the next couple of weeks. I'm still working on getting the info on a table sent to me from the people at SMF. Us having a table will depend on how many people we get to come and help out. I don't wish to have to man the table all by myself for the weekend. lol Ok till then.......

Ok here is some new info for you all.
I have just learned that the tables for SMF are around $100 for non-saling groups. Thats us. FanForce groups. Also that the price maybe more this year. I am still awaiting the package from SMF before I make any calls on this. But........ lol
I believe that is a little to much out of pocket for me to take on. We stop the collection plate for the group some time ago. As most of you all know. Which we will talk about at this meeting. However, if we do not do a table I still would like to be at SMF in force some how. Don't worry I have plenty of idea on how to do this. Which we can go over at the meeting.
I just would to let everyone know that at this point in time it looks like a talbe may be a no go. I have all ready spoke with some other groups on possilbe doing a big FanForce table but I do not think that it will work out that way.
Again do not worrie. There is a lot of stuff we can still do. So PLEASE strat planing for this weekend folks. It will be here before you know. I'd LOVE to have anyone make it this year. It is ALL WAYS a good time. We will talk more later.

Way to go SMF!!
Joe is an awesome guy! He's a good friend mine. It will be VERY cool to have him there.
SMF made a good choice with that one. I'll have to down him a line and see what he's up to for the show. Maybe he can be our groups guess one night.
Very cool. I'm glad to see SMF starting to make it with going. See John I told you just to be patient.

I'm lazy and don't feel like looking it up myself, but I need to know the dates for SMF. ANyone know? Was the table discussed at the last meeting (I wouldn't know since John is taking his sweet time posting the minutes)?
