Did someone book already?
The 6.40 session is sold out, as is the next one. Having a closer look, the 8.40 session has plenty of seats available. If no-one has booked yet, let me know and I can do that (just pay me back later), happy to help if needs be.
If, for some whacked out reason, that session is too late for some, I'll still go anyway, so anyone who can just let me know. Tempted to go Gold Class, for a change.

What does everyone think of the movie?
I went in knowing the design choices Spielberg chose to do (50's style than the 30's Saturday Matinee) and I enjoyed the movie alot. Long story short( and without spoilers), I love it. I look forward to seeing another one if they make one.
Plus there is news that JP4 has been put on the backburner and a rumoured chance that Spielberg himself might return to make it sometime down the track. Can't wait for that if the rumours become true.

So I just got back from my second Indy 4 viewing, and I liked it a whole lot better.
After the first viewing, I thought 'good, not great'. Alot of cheesy moments that brought it down for me. Went in the second time with a more open mind and really enjoyed the film. I think the first act of the film is brilliant, and only towards the end does it start to loose it.
Its still a strong film, and delivers the goods when needed.
Likes:
- Perfect Opening Credits
- Indy standing and looking at the mushroom cloud
- Warehouse Scene
- Bike Chase around Marshall College
- Jungle Chase (minus Tarzan Mutt)
- and my favourite part, the banter between Indy and Marion, tied up in the back of the truck. The small hints of "Marion's Theme" just brings back incredibly fond memories
Dislikes:
- Mutt swinging on the vines, and the attack monkeys
- Lack of any new strong musical themes
- The fridge.

If you want to remember Indy IV in all its glory Screamer, just remember the Tarzan scene. I think I saw Fonzie being eaten by a shark in the background.

I enjoyed it, it was a fun movie which was exactly what I wanted. But then again Temple of Doom is my favourite of the original three so my opinion is probably totaly invalid

Yeah, I don't understand all the hate for Temple of Doom. Its not Raiders, sure, but its got some fantastic set peices, great score, and a cool sidekick. It has a somewhat poor McGuffin, and Willie Scott is no Marion, but it still a fun film to watch!
