So who here's going to Supanova this year? It's on next Friday-Sunday (20th-22nd of June) and (if you haven't been before) it's generally a fun day out.

Heads up - Star Walking, Norvos Ordo, R2-D2 Builders, and a couple of other Star Wars clubs have a bunch of booths together. I won't be able to make it, but pretty much everyone else will be there, even the elusive Tek (should he not have to drive relatives to the airport/attend a family birthday/shampoo his afro... )!

Ha ha nah Catwoman was last year but I'm sure craig has a pic of it somewhere, I know I do
This year I'll be going as Altair from the game Assassin's Creed so not sexier, there's a lot more flesh covered up this year

But Altair was awesome!
Day 12 was pretty good. i think if u didnt know people at these things it could be a lot worse, but I tend to know a stackof people there, so I had a ball.

Was a lot of good stuff on this year, pity i missed most of it as i was minding the skyforce bench, which involved spending time watching all the people looking at the novus ordo display and watching the ninja's next to us doing their thing.
And laughing at the number of people in the queue for lunch at the caf.

Ha ha, yeah the line for the cafe was pretty big, so was the line for subway and maccas outside. My group went to the pub for lunch It ended up being better than maccas and we got to sit down inside and watch the football/cricket on the tv's in there.
And thanks Craig! Don't worry, next year I may be going back to the sexy costumes, depending on how many of my friends are going
