A poem by Robert Frost
Stopping By Woods On A Snowy Evening
Whose woods these are I think I know.
His house is in the village though;
He will not see me stopping here
To watch his woods fill up with snow.
My little horse must think it queer
To stop without a farmhouse near
Between the woods and frozen lake
The darkest evening of the year.
He gives his harness bells a shake
To ask if there is some mistake.
The only other sound's the sweep
Of easy wind and downy flake.
The woods are lovely, dark and deep.
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,

Did everyone remember to go out and get all their french toast ingredients?! Will and I even went as far to get H&H Bagels from our old neighborhood lol. And no, we don't have 3 melons lol.

Whose heels these are, I do not know
I've seen them in the Village though;
Four inches high, sharp and severe
And yet they wear them in the snow!
I fail to see the big attraction
Of wearing shoes with little traction
So now we watch this silly chick
Stiletto-heeled on streets so slick.
She slips and slides and almost falls
"Like oh my GAWD!" we hear her bawl
Hey lady - get some winter boots.
They're forty dollars at the mall.
But I need bread and milk to keep --
The panic buyers are twenty deep --
And piles of snow that I must sweep,
And piles of snow that I must sweep.

Pffft haha!
Im all bunkered down in my apartment. We have about a foot of snow right now -- but they said something about theres a snow band headed here thats gonna drop another 5-10 inches of snow in 2 hours time. So im waiting for that -- then im gonna dig my car out, so i can venture to class tomorrow.
My dad is home sick with a 103 fever. So my brothers walking over there later to plow them out.

Well I shovelled the two feet of snow we have here for a while until a couple of enterprising young men offered to shovel it for me if I paid them...and it was worth the headache so I had them do it, but I'm gonna have to shovel again. My basement door is half covered from drifted snow so there's no going in and out that way. There's no way I'm getting my car out until this stuff melts a little at least.

Will wrote that poem last year. While I was walking to H&H there was a woman wearing stilettos in the 12" of snow. She was attempting to walk through the mess while gripping on for dear life to her boyfriend's arm. The BF had this look on his face of utter annoyance lol.
Go ahead John, turn the heat off... I dare ya we'll organize a tenant strike MWAHAHAH!
