Well it opens on August 15th. I don't know how many people are jazzed to see it on opening weekend, but if we want to include Chris, we should probably shoot for the 16th. Pre-ordering tickets might not be a bad idea either.
And should we go to Stardust like the old days? I'll always remember Ken Colley's face when the waitress came over and sang to him hahaha.

I'll be gone Labor Day Weekend (Dragon*Con). I'm up for whatever, as long as its 18 days in advance. I'm off on Sundays and Mondays though.
Bowling is always a good option. I own my own ball and shoes now.

Clone Wars opening weekend = good times.
Hopefully I'll be able to go with you guys, but I think it may depend what day/time, since I'm just coming home from vacation on August 16th. I'm kind of surprised now I booked a trip without even remembering there was a Star Wars movie in theaters at that time, but maybe that's a measure of my mixed feelings about the cartoon...

WOW Mike! You would really go see it twice? Now that's dedication!
I actually could not care less about the movie and would only go for the nostalgia of it. If they really wanted to make an animated feature film that would please the die hard fans they would do Shadows of the Empire. All this extra Clone Wars and Sith History crap is legitimaized Fan Fiction to me.

Wait, we're not planning for a midnight release? I have to start hitting these boards more often. I guess I'll just have to see it twice in one weekend. DB 516 is having a Clone Wars movie event at the UA Farmingdale 10/Regal Stadium 10 (its name recently changed) if anyone is interested in coming. Its being held on 8/16/08 from 1 pm to 7 pm. Everyone is welcome to join us. Costumes are optional. Its another reason to hang out.

So are we on for the 17th? It's showing at . . . not the AMC 25, but rather the E-Walk. There are Digital Projection showings too, apparently . . .
