For the people that use Internet Explorer: It is time to change.

For the amount of spyware and exploits that exisit for MSIE, you should use an alternate browser.

I for one recommend Mozilla FireFox. It's very well designed and I recommend it over Internet Explorer in everyway.

On Kevin's recomendation I switched to Mozilla. If it wasn't for my comp being really messed up with memory and such, Mozilla would work well. Unfortunately this thing is like a bad child...it just won't cooperate!

So is FoxFire essentially 'function' more like IE, whereas regular Mozilla is more like Netscape?

I switched from IE to Mozilla. Then Mozilla to Firefox.

NOTICE TO ANYONE WHO GETS FIREFOX:

Grab some of the nifty plug-ins. I grabbed a few search engines in my browser. Type in the word... and search either Dictionary.com, Google or the Internet Movie Database. grin

Yeah for either Mozilla browser, Tabbrowser extensions is really helpful. It allows you to bookmark tabs, groups of tabs, undo closing tabs, scrolling through tabs, and many more.

I recently switch to Mozilla. I had alot of bugs with IE, and many sites I couldn't end up getting to because of it.

Ah! Don't say you agree with me. When people agree with me. I always feel that I must be wrong.

I have found though that I often have trouble veiwing some pages, particularly downloads and such through Mozilla. I tend to use IE for that. Are there plugins to helo me out here?? Sorry computers are not my thing. Its like a car. I can drive one and partially maintain one but my understanding of how they work is limited.

They must not be your thing, if you somehow drive your computer...

Anyway, I voted Safari.

At home I use Mozilla (I grew up with Netscape, so it was just an easy transition) but when I get the chance at school I use Safari on the Macs there. Safari is built very nicely and I've yet to run into a problem with it (even Mozilla will screw up now and then).

Kevin, James edited his original post, which had no mention of a car. It just said he drives his computer. Nice try though.
