RC's eyes moved back and forth, watching the floor get further and further away as Goku carried him.
Cortez stood on the windowsill looking down at the ground. It was pretty damn far below. Jumping two stories was no big deal. But when you are only six inches tall...that's a whole different situation. He reached out and grabbed the string. Hand over hand, he slowly moved down the line.
Steel ignited the rocket on his back and leaped up off the bed. He quickly looked back to make sure the flame from the rocket hadn't ignited the bed spread. The robot Gargoyle headed for the window, close behind Goku and the car.

After Clank had successfully climbed onto his back once more, Ratchet holstered his wrench and headed over to the ajar window on the opposite side of the large bedroom. His long, pointed ears began to twitch with anxiety, as they usually did before every one of his missions. But this one was different, particularly because he was a sixth of his normal height and weight.
Grabbing onto the string and making sure it held tight, Ratchet slowly began to descend towards the ground below. After a few seconds, Clank suddenly had an inquiry. "Err, Ratchet," he said, looking over his back at the ground. "Wouldn't it be easier if we just... glided down?"
"Oh, hah, right," Ratchet said. As long as he and Clank had been working together, he still wasn't used to the fact that he could utilize the robot's upgrades to hover. After he heard Clank's helipack deploy, he let go of the string and watched as the ground drew nigh.

This wasn't worth it. "Whatever, dude, have it your way." That Mugen guy wasn't talkative, so what? Spike had bigger things on his mind, like lunch. He walked to the string, and slipped over the edge, holding on tightly. Hand by hand, inch by inch, he lowered himself.
A whirring sound caught his ears - some rodent was floating to the ground like a leaf. "Some folk have all the luck," grumbled Spike, loud enough to hear.

Despite the rather slow pace of Goku being careful, he finally reached the window. Looking down at the ground, he saw the green men wave at him, signifying him to come down. He waved back.
Looking at RC for a moment, Goku slowly began to descend, finally reaching the ground, where he greeted the soldiers.
He now turned to the remote car in front of him. "There you go, little fella," Goku said, glad that the job was done, and bent down and rubbed the window above the eyes of the vehicle, in appreciation.
Meanwhile, completly polar in position from Goku, Luke nodded at the green men below him, and saw Goku flying down safely with the toy vehicle in tow.
He grabbed the rope, and took a small leap, planting his foot on a edge of wall to get his bearing. From there he took small and steady hops torwards the bottom, grabbing the rope.

IC: Arathos
Arathos makes his way to the top of the rope, and takes time to make sure his guns are stowed. He looks over the edge, noticing what would normally be an insignificant leap is a lot longer at his current size. He intones a brief prayer the the Emperor, before climbing to the rope. Wrapping his armored forearm around it, and his boots along the sides to control his descent, he slides down the rope far faster than he'd seen the others going. Perhaps a bit to fast, the impact of landing was a bit more than his armor could take, and one of his servos came loose. "Where are those damn techpriests when you need 'em." He mutters to himself as he opens his pack and pulls out a spanner and his copy of The Imperial Infantrymans Uplifting Primer and turns to the psalm of servos. He begins to recite the psalm to soothe the armors injured Machine Spirit, while he went to work on the actual damage.

Cap is momentarily distracted by the new arrival, but quickly turns back to the Timbroker. "Anyway, you were saying?"

"In order to travel between realities," the chubby man started, "you will need a Tallus." He stepped aside, revealing a large chest full of different types of objects. "You must choose one that suits you best. You will need to keep it with you in order to jump from reality to reality."

IC: Buzz, Cortez, Steel, Sarge
Andy's Room - going out the window
Sarge grabbed hold of the string and slid down to meet his team. The remaining army men followed their leader.
Buzz was next to slide down. His feet hit the dirt and he crouched, immediately scanning the area.
While Cortez stood and waited for his orders, some sort of earthworm popped up out of the dirt next to him. It was a pretty small worm, but, proportionate to Cortez' new height, the worm was about the size of a large cobra snake. Cortez was startled at the size of it. He stomped on it's long body, squishing it's guts out. "Ewww," he commented. He began rubbing the bottom of his boot in the dirt, trying to get the worm guts off.
Buzz looked around. "Everybody accounted for? Alright. Let's head out." He started moving to the right, along the side of the house. He stayed behind the shrubbery so that they were out of sight from humans that may be nearby.
Above, Steel couldn't see the people on the ground from way up there. So he had his scanners running. The toys weren't giving off any kind of heat signature, but the Exiles were. He could tell that they were on the move.

As Goku blasted off behind Steel, Luke finally touched down on the ground where everyone began their move.
Suddenly, a bird dived at Luke, attempting to have a Jedi Master for lunch....
..Luke easily sidestepped, and the bird hit a pole, a huge *CLANG* vibrating from the impact.
It seemed to be the same one that attacked Goku...it had a slightly bent beak, he saw. He dropped the matter, and went into the shrubbery, keeping watch.
Although he had no radar like the robot beside him, Goku more than made up for it with ki. The Exiles' in particular seemed to be stationary...waiting for their next move.

"Luck has nothing to do with it," Clank responded to the man with sunglasses currently lowering himself down the rope, level with himself and Ratchet. The tiny robot thought he heard a grunt of disapproval from the Lombax he was connected to, but ignored it completely. This was his big chance to get the word out, and by the Central Processing Units of his ancestors, he wasn't going to miss it. "If you visit Al's Roboshack on the planet Kerwan, I'm sure he can... hook you up." It was palpable by the tone in Clank's voice that he was trying to sound hip, but as he always did, failed miserably. Ratchet couldn't help but sigh and roll his eyes in an apologetic sort of way to Spike. Clank, however, had a satisfied look on his robotic visage.

"The planet Kerwan?" grunted Spike, still clambering down the rope. "Never heard of it."
In fact, he'd never seen someone quite like those he was talking to now. Extremely odd. The robotic guy was trying to act a little cooler than he was, and the dude he was connected to rolled his eyes. Spike grinned in agreement.
"Well, are you able to give me a hand with this?"

Ratchet turned his head to look over his shoulder, and said, "Clank, can the chopper hold an extra flier?"
"I'm afraid not," Clank responded defiantly. "Our recently dramatic decline in size seems to have tampered with the central core module of my helipack." Ratchet's jaw dropped slightly, not understanding a single word of what his robotic companion had uttered. "However," Clank continued, "had you bought the AirBooster Three Thousand last month-" Ratchet couldn't help but notice Clank's tone was similar to that of an upset housewife "-then maybe we could help our friend here."
"I told you, Clank," Ratchet muttered so that the Spike couldn't hear his words, "I spent all my bolts on the Massaginator Eight Point Oh."
Clank folded his arms. "Not my problem."
Ratchet looked back at the man with sunglasses and shrugged with yet another, however more grim, apologetic look on his face.

Outside Andy's House
Buzz continued along the side of the house, keeping behind the shrubbery. When he reached the front porch of the house, he pushed through the bushes and ran across the front lawn to the sidewalk. The other toys quickly followed him.
Buzz looked both ways down the large street. "Okay," he said, spinning around to his team. "This is a suburban street so it's not going to be too busy. We shouldn't have much of a problem, if at all, getting to the other side."
Cortez ran across the tall blades of grass to reach the toys. He glanced up at the mailbox above him. "This is just too weird..." he muttered.
Buzz pointed across the street. "On the other side, the park is just over that grassy knoll." He spun around. "Sarge!"
"Sir, yes, sir!" Sarge replied.
"Take some of your men over there and secure the grassy knoll."
"Right away, sir." He waved a little green arm to his men and they started to make their way across the street.
"Halt!" Sarge yelled, stopping his men almost on the double yellow line. There was the sound of a motor...getting louder and louder. He noticed a motorcycle off in the distance. "MOVE!"
Even though the speed limit on that street was only 25 miles an hour, the motorcycle was going considerable faster...and it didn't give the toys enough time to react. The motorcycle whizzed toward them as they tried to scatter.

Airways, Outside Andy's House
A slight breeze was blowing now, quietly propelling the diminuitive scouts forward. Their flight was not rushed. Nothing of danger had revealed itself yet to the Exiles. Goku, for one, was relaxing, the breeze seemingly the only thing keeping him afloat...
...suddenly, the breeze turned to a gust. Minuite debris began to splinter from objects, like leaves, and small twigs. Normal human being would not have even noticed it, just the feeling of the wind on their skin....
...but to the Exiles that were in flight, and not to mention they were the size of a child's plaything..it was bad news.
...and worst, a motorcycle had revealed itself, speeding torwards the Exiles and the toys path, and it probably had no intention of slowing down or stopping. The driver probably didn't see them....and by the way Goku had seen other in his world, he wasn't going to stop at all for some child's toys.
Just as Goku was adjusting the Walkie-Talkie....."AAH!" Goku yelped, as his body was wrapped by a leaf. He easily ripped it apart...
...only for his face to be smacked by a twig, kareening torwards him.
Goku, at first, gave an anime shake from the pain....and he said one, obvious thing.
"...OOOOOOW!" Goku yelled, as he clutched the cut on his sheek.
Suddenly, on their walk, Luke's danger sense flared up. Some crazy driver no doubt...driving a huge vehicle quite fast, even when the speed limit was right there...
...and he didn't seem to be slowing down!
"Where's Goku?" Luke inquired. It was odd that he and the others with him hadn't warned them yet...
Finally, the hurricane (at least for them) subsided, and Goku finally got to his bearings, as if nothing had happened.
"Allright, that could've..." he suddenly remembered, cutting himself off, "wait..." Goku now began to search frantically, for what though?
"Where is that thing?!"
Luke no longer expected for the sentries warn them in time...the motorcycle was now upon them, ready to flatten them to nothing.
It was time to take matters into his own hands.
He exerted through the Force, trying to stop the motorcycle with it.
Luke began to struggle against the giant object, his feet skidding across the concrete, squinting....
...and suddenly, the motor stopped.
He opened his eyes...the tire seemed to be staring him in the face, dissapointed that it didn't give them a grisly end.
Taking deep breaths, Luke used a Jedi calming technique, tired from the encounter.
Just when the others had entered the search...
"Found it!" Goku said, cheery. Goku then began to turn the knob, trying to communicate...
"Are you all right?! Hello?!" Goku yelled into the speaker.

"We're okay, we're okay!" Buzzed responded into the walkie-talkie.
The human driver on the motorcycle was stunned. Why had the bike suddenly stopped? It was just in to the mechanic's the other day. The bike should be fine. He swung his leg over to dismount the bike.
Buzz watched the human. The man wore a helmet with a dark visor. He stood and looked at the motorcycle, obviously wondering why it had stopped.
"Let's move! Hurry!" Buzz yelled as he ran to the other side of the street.
The human slid the visor up and examined the motorcycle, not even noticing the toys running around.

Luke finally felt well after the encounter, getting out of his healing trance. Only to find the toys and the others already making a break for it.
Hoping not to get noticed by the enlarged being, he Force Dashed across the street, the cars not able to touch him.
Goku now noticed that the group was in motion. Not wanting to let them out of his sight, he blasted off in their direction, following their path in the sky.
