IC: Buzz, Cortez, Steel, other toys
Street/Sidewalk
When Buzz safely reached the sidewalk, he jumped up the curb out of the street. He spun around to see the rest of his team joining him. Cortez hopped up next to him and commented, "I never thought crossing the street could be so difficult."
Steel swooped down next to Buzz and landed. "I am sorry. The vehicle was driving well over the speed limit and I couldn't warn you in time."
"Just get back up there, and this time, watch out for anything." Buzz then turned to Luke Skywalker. "Nice work out there, soldier."

"Anything I could do to help," Luke said. It had come as an instinct, really, a life or death factor. Who wouldn't have done the same, with his ability?
Goku hovered around as Steel conversed with Buzz. He felt bad about the whole thing, even though the gust just came in at the wrong time. Finally Steel reemerged, back to flight. "What did he say?"

Taking to the air again, Goku asked "What did he say?"
Steel responded, "Buzz told us to keep a very sharp look-out for anything and everything." Below, he could see the team start to make their way over the grassy hill, toward the park.

Goku, turning to Steel's regard, now noticed the Exile's movements.
"We should follow them!" Goku said, enthusiastic, knowing (or at least hoping,) there would be no mistakes this time.
He blasted off, the wind whizzing in his path. Birds, almost at first glance, saw Goku as a predator with his power, and immeadeatly scattered, not wanting to get fried by the ki trail...

On the ground, the Exiles, with Buzz and the other toys, reached the top of the knoll. Down the other side, there was a large area of sand with a jungle-gym in it. A slide, monkey bars, swings, see-saws, ladders, wooden bridges... It was a kids playground. And, of course, there were children playing there.
"Oh, no, no, no," Slinky Dog commented.
"A kids playground is the last place we want to be," Hamm added.
"That's right," Buzz responded. "That's why we're going around it and not through it. You see those pieces of wood lining the sand?" He pointed. The large wooden frame around the playground kept the sand from flowing out on to the grass.
"Yeah," Rex said, "but the children will still see our heads above the wood frame."
"We'll just have to duck and crouch as you run past," Buzz said, turning to the dinosaur.
"Should we create some distraction?" Cortez asked. "Ya know, so that the kids don't see us going by?"
That's when RC rolled forward.
"Yes," Buzz said. "Thanks for volunteering for the job, RC. You get the kids' attention and then race around so that they chase you. And when we sneak past, we'll have one of our fliers swoop down and rescue you."
Buzz then explained the situation to the flying toys and Exiles over the walkie-talkie so that they knew what was happening.
"When everyone's ready, we'll send RC in." Buzz looked around at the group. His fellow toys were nodding.

"Hmmm..." Luke pondered, considering the plan relayed to him. Before, giggles and laughter can be heard. The ambience was playful, as kids kicked sands from their heels, sandstorms whirling in the place as the children had their way.
"Are you sure he's up to it? If the kids get him, they might damage him," Luke commented. The sandlot was still a few feet from the main core of the group.
Up in the sky, Goku could see the rather monolithic children playing around.
Suddenly, there was a loud noise ringing in his ear, as Buzz barked the orders.
"They look pretty big," he responded, taking a quick glance at the behemoths. "Are you sure we won't be seen to get him outta there?"

"And hey," said Ratchet with a grin, "if all else fails, we can always turn the runts into sheep." He held up a large, heavy gun that would be instantly recognizable to anyone who shopped at Gadgetron vendors. After all, the Sheepinator was a respected weapon for mercenaries all throughout the universe, and it had come in handy on more than one occasion during the Lombax's myriad adventures.

Playground
Luke observed the gun the creature now displayed. It was unlike anything he had ever seen, even in the Outer Rim, or Vong alike..and with some strange efects.
As told by Ratchet, it turned the unfortunate recipient into...a sheep? What was a ...sheep? A different type of wampa?
Either way, he didn't want to find out, and neither did those kids. "Hopefully, it willl not come to that," Luke commented.
Goku, however, was intrigued by the gun. He had never seen anything like it, not even from Bulma.
He observed it keenly...and he never really observed anything, unless in battle. "Sheep? How does it work?"

Buzz had missed the whole conversation regarding big guns and sheep. He was still thinking about what Goku had said a moment ago: "Are you sure we won't be seen to get him outta there?"
The plan was pretty risky. RC could be hurt or damaged. How else could they get around the playground without being seen...unless they took the long way around the outer rim of the entire park.
Buzz glanced at RC. "That's true. We wouldn't want you to get hurt." He glanced up at the others. "Does anyone else have a better plan?"

Before Ratchet could speak up about how the Exiles already knew his thoughts on an alternative, Clank had hopped off of his back and had approached Buzz.
"Sir Lightyear," the small robot began, "the latest modification to my Lombax friend's Sheepinator enables the user to configure the strength of the weapon and the impact served upon the victim. It is possible that the children will only remain sheep for a small while, allowing us to make our way through undetected. When the humans revert back to their original forms, they will have no memory of what just occurred. If I do say so myself, it is a worthy plan."

Ratchet looked at his short robotic companion after hearing Buzz's inquiry about the chances for the Sheepinator to malfunction, not entirely knowing the answer himself. Clank, it seemed, didn't either.
"Well, er, we haven't exactly tested the weapon yet. Things have been quite silent around the galaxy, and we have not been called to duty in some time, until now. But... in theory... they'll revert back to their human forms in mere minutes."

Buzz thought for a minute.
He looked at RC, thinking about the original plan. Then he looked up at the children.
Woody was his best friend, and he would do anything to rescue him and get him back. He was a Space Ranger and was determined to accomplish the mission by any means necessary.
Hesitantly, Buzz slowly turned to the little robot. He nodded. "Do it."
