Yes, I have. Unfortunately, I won't be able to for at least a while now, thanks to Microsoft and their piece of **** Xbox 360. The system always freezes with every game I own. Now I'm hoping to get the RRoD soon so I can cash in on that warranty of theirs.
I hope Sony kicks Microsoft's ass in this console war. I hope Microsoft gets ******* obliterated.

The PS3 is easily the superior system. The 360 has easily the superior library.
And considering Sony sold nearly just as much consoles in their first year as Microsoft did in theirs, I don't think the PS3 is waaay behind like you say. I think Microsoft will lose this console war considering how much the PS3 has going for it. People are going to buy the system eventually. Me and everyone I know will eventually own a PS3.

Substitute the words "Blu Ray", or optionally "Betamax", for PS3, and you have the equivalent argument. You're not dealing with people who can tell the difference between resolutions; you're looking at a mass entertainment market, for which superior library and backing determines the issue. Question is whether Sony can keep haemorrhaging money until people start to convert over to the PS3. My guess is not. This is always the way Microsoft operates: build a crappier system, but mass market it until you obliterate every other competitor in the field. That's how Dad did it. That's how America does it. And it's worked out pretty well so far.
