	November 22, 2118 Before the establishment of the dictatorship the president had passed legislation to centralize all weapons in D.C. in an armory. With the force removal of firearms several groups rebelled, resulting in his declaration of martial law. Now on November 22, 2218 the once once free land of the United States of America is being ruled by the oppressive fascist government of the New Order. For the last century, ever since the rebellion of 2118, the Dictator has ruled the U.S. with an iron fist. Serving the Dictator is a brainwashed and obedient army, merciless, cruel, and with no free will. They have all the military might of Communist China, the only difference, they have nuclear weapons that they can use at will. However in the shadows a resistence is forming, led by four people each representing a different region, the have been dubbed the Neo-Musketeers, even holding to the old motto "All for one, and one for all.", which they also use for a rallying cry. They, under the nose of the establishment, have managed to infiltrate several areas, where they recruit more people for their cause. Though the government has tried many times to crush this rebellious group like all the others they have failed to do so this time. The nation is on the brink of war, only time will tell if freedom shall return. Ok each type of character has different abilities, here they are. Military- They are free to use any firearm at their disposal, they can also disregard anything that gets in their way. They are heartless and do anything the Dictator tells them. They carry out their orders without hesitation and destroy anything in their way, including women children etc. You also have the four branches-Air Force, Navy, Marines, Army. Musketeer- Since all major weapons have been put in a central armory the Neo-Musketeers have no firearms, only those had ancestors from 2118 will have them, even then they'll be limited. Hwever they are still capable of using medieval weapons (Bows, swords, knives etc.) They are all skilled in infiltration, sabotage, and hit and run tactics. They have four squads-Alpha, Omega, Delta, Gamma. Leaders of Squads can be as young as 16 and as old as well as old as one could get. Dictator- Wields supreme power, all military charaters answer to him. He can also destroy large areas at will.(Yay pretty red button ) Rules 1. Follow the rules posted in the roleplaying resourse forum. 2. No godmoding or controlling another character without their consent, or killing them off without their consent. 3. Use IC when posting in character, use OOC only when neccesary. Don't forget to TAG at the end of posts whn you need to work with another character. 4. Use proper grammar please, a lot of rpg's have died due to poor grammar. 5. Pay attention to the posts before you post, actions taken that don't match up with them mess up the thread. 6. What I say goes, if you have suggestions I will consider them, but in the end it is up to me. 7. PM all Character Sheets to me. Okay, now there will be three other Musketeer leaders along with mine, as well as four military characters, one for each branch. 	Here are my two characters. I have these two simply to maintain balance. Name: Chandler Billings Age: 28 Appearance Eyes: Silver Hair: Brown Build: Lightly musculed Skin tone: Light Tan Specific Details: federal Prison brand that says 'Resistor' Height: 5'6" Weight: 180lbs. Rank: Commander Personallity: Protective, leader, strict to the Musketeer Motto. Affiliation: Neo-Musketeers Branch of Military: N/A Musketeer Squad: Alpha (Leader) Likes: Freedom, he lost all others when he was imprisoned. Dislikes: The dictatorship. Weapon of Choice: Two katanas, one recurve bow and one longbow. Special Skills: Bypassing security systems, tactical planning, technical skills Form of Transportation: Small black convertable. Bio: Born in a small border town on the New York/Canada border he lived in constant fear of the Dictator. At the age of twelve he was arrested and imprisoned for breaking curfew..by one second. Tortured every hour of the day he was eventually given the death sentence. He was luckily liberated by a small strike team of rebels before he could be killed. Taken in by the beginning of Alpha squad he was trained in all manor of combat, primarily hit and run. Whenhe came of age he was placed in a group of elite strikers who continued to liberate prisoners as well as take out key installations. When the first commander died he was elected to replace him, which he accepted without question. Discovering that other groups existed in the country he quickly began making contacts, eventually uniting them under the name of the Neo-Musketeers. Weapon of Choice: BIG RED BUTTON Special Skills: None aside from the complete control of the Military Form of Transportation: Air Force One, anything at his disposal. Bio: Not much is know of his origins, only that he is the sole heir of the last Dictator. He rules the U.S. with an iron fist and controls the military like they are puppets and pawns. Not carring who get crushed in his pursuit for power he has had several groups destroyed on trumped up charges, or supposed 'security threats'. However he has become increasingly irritated as the Neo-Musketeers gain more power and stirke out from their hidden bases.
