Me and Tim are still meeting at 12, and then we'll meet you as soon as your finished with your appointment. We're just going to try and catch an earlier showing, as I've got a staff meeting at 9pm and so I need to leave after 7pm.
I hope this isn't a problem, I just don't want to cancel or push back this meet

no i don't think it's a problem. if we don't get to see the movie then we don't get to see it. it doesn't matter all that much. i just hate rushing meals.

If we get to see the movie around 2pm-ish, we'll then get chance to go down to Rusholme and eat for about 5pm-ish. I think 2 hours gives us time to eat and get back to city centre? Only problem I forsee is whether the restaurant opens at 5pm or later.
