My only problem is I do late night shift on Tuesday, finish 7pm. I am still owed 2 hours mind, it may be possible to swap late night shift with someone on Thursday or maybe even Monday.

Hmmm, thought it had said somewhere that it was, just not on his own site.
So it's up to you ... do we go to a local venue for an evening out or do we wait till CE. I think one evening of CE is already taken with the concert at Canary Wharf (see here).
My boss has given the ok to swop late nights if need be so I can leave work at 5pm and get there for this. I am up for it tbh, at CE I have no idea what I'll do in the evening but I think it'll be more social stuff, and not sure if during the day we'll be busy with stuff in the show.

hey guys.
i'm a bit torn what with which to book, bus or train because the last train is 9:30 and the coaches are leaving laterer and... i can't reach anyone at the venue as well. very annoying. if you have any idea, just let me know, i just need to get back on the night as well.
edit: preps it just won't work it seems a lot of hassle and then not arriving on time as well. very stupid. why is liverpool so far away all of a sudden?
