Right, well as I mentioned on the other Atonement thread the UK premier is on Wednesday September 5th at the Regent Cinema, Redcar
"Redcar and Cleveland Council is organising a day of celebration and nostalgia around the Regent Cinema from 11am onwards on September 5, leading up to the 6pm screening, complete with red carpet.
Atonement, certificate 15, goes on general UK release from September 7."
I've taken the day off work and plan to go down to Redcar for the day to see the 'celebrations' (whatever they may be) and get a good spot for the red carpet - and hopefully the lovely Keira Knightley  
Anyone else fancy a day by the sea (lemontops not included)

Good luck with the stopping smoking Dave, hope you do it (and mainly because I've lost enough people already to smoke-related cancer) 
Mr Spike - wish I could be there to support ya matey, but think I'll be in work 9-5 then, not very do-able. Will see if Coz and I can get the NW to do some sort of trip to see it, missed that special Southport preview I posted about.

What's wrong with being tee-total cheeky lol?
But with the smoking ban anyways, you won't sit in a pub and be able to smoke, but doesn't mean you can't have a few drinks. Or does drinking make you feel like have a smoke too?

Ill end the chat about my smoking (unless you want to open a new topic Tim)
Must get back to talking about the Film !
I smoked Mayfair strong for 12 years thats 60 per day I stopped smoking them while I was in the TA hence started on the Pipe I stopped smoking mainly because its costly and I was having some mild breathing problems,As for drinking My family are BIG drinkers I dont want to end up like them so I stopped drinking Guinness and beer.
The last BIG drink I had was New year when I downed a Bottle of single Irish Malt in under 20 minutes! When Im out with you guys and I have a few It looks like I drink often I dont,
if you ask My BF chris he can tell you When w first met I was out every night in the pub Now I only tend to go out to the pub with mini meet ups with you guys.
Its a Bad habbit and once best kicked

it was, much to my brothers jealousy, a large cardboard film poster which I was given and didn't steal

It was rather but weatherspoons was nice  Not that we sat around drinking all day
Next time we shall have to do a beach party ( Another chance to get some wear out of those hawaiian shirts )
