Plans have been finalized for the North East Party.
It will be held at BUFFALO WILD WINGS on Transit Road in Williamsville, NY.
Due to the nature of this venue, there will be NO UP FRONT COST per person, as in previous years. You will be able to order off the regular menu when we arrive (they have NO private room, but can and will hold rows of tables for parties - a common practise there.) They do have a bar in-house for beers and some mixed drinks. Children are welcome in the facility. There MAY be games playing on the TV monitors.
Check out the menu at www.buffalowildwings.com for selection and pricing. Everyone can order whatever they want a la carte, or platters of items can be pre-ordered if you know that far ahead and are that hungry.
The party will be held at 2:00 PM on EITHER Saturday January 20th or January 27th.
Please vote on the NORTH EAST BOARDS for your preferred date no later than JANUARY 5th, 2007. We will need an approximate count to know how many tables to reserve.
GIFT EXCHANGE:
Will be done as in previous years -- $10.00 limit per gift. Bring a gift, get a gift.
