Found the poll and voted for the 20th because I now we're free, but the 27th shouldn't be a problem for us either.
It will just be Chris and I (sorry no Xander!) and we'll both participate in the gift exchange.

ok,
based on posts in this thread and the buffalo thread, the head count I have is 25 people can attend on the 27th
if we hold it on the 20th our numbers will increase by 7 to 32
we have only 18 participating in the exchange.
I think I got everyone.
either way its safe to say we need enough room for 25 - 35 people for either day chris 
we will also require 2 booster seats LOL
So I hope they hold us all,
