It's interesting to me how many people use MySpace... when I was in college, nobody used MySpace, only The Facebook, back when it was called The Facebook, not Facebook, and I still call it that because it sounds better 
I was really surprised actually when I read about MySpace being sold for so much, and how it was the biggest social networking site. I mean of the 100 or so people I knew from college, classmates, friends, etc., probably like 5 of them used MySpace, the others just The Facebook. I've always been turned off by MySpace, the obnoxious music, the terrible site layout, the rampant server errors / failures (seems to be getting better but almost 50% of the time I have trouble logging in, connecting, looking at pictures, etc. whereas with The Facebook I've never experienced even one error), etc. I think MySpace is great for music, though, for small musical groups. The fact that people all have songs playing when I load their pages really bothers me a lot. I don't want to hear someone's lousy music when I load a Webpage, it's the most obnoxious thing you can ever do to a page, and it's impossible thankfully to do that with The Facebook. I really hope they keep it that way!
