What is this Star Wars Vault thing?

I Know, I Know, the Star Wars Vault is that new book that just came out....
"The Star Wars Vault: Thirty Years of Treasure From The Lucasfilm Archives"
But why "Vault".
Are they trying to copy the Disney Vault where they lock up old Disney shows and movies then release them once every 10 years so they can charge a bunch more money for them.
I personally do not like how this sounds. Next you will hear that Lucasfilm will stop selling old Star Wars movies for a while until demand gets so high that they can charge $100 per movie.
Is anyone else dubious of this "Star Wars Vault" thing?

From what I have read it is a collection item filled with a whole bunch of stuff. Like recordings, blue prints, things like that. I suppose you are able to buy it. However I doubt Lucasarts will do a thing like that. I just couldn't see them doing something like that. It would be a stupid and greedy move.

It's a very nice collectible which will soon be in my hands...Birthday present maybe.
The only ties with LucasFilm and Disney is their continued collaboration with products sold at DisneyLand Resorts ala StarTours, Jedi Training Academy and of course Star Wars weekends.
