No, Halibut is correct, the end of the CR term is July 1st not June 1st. I was never good with numbers.
For the record, I only brought this up because I remembered that the CR was for a 6 month term. I have nothing against Colt. If there are no other volunteers, I am fine letting him stay as CR, if he wants to.

Yes, the term is up on July 1st, but we can still start a new election now, which ends June 30th.

I would like to see an actual election where the nominees put forth their agenda, talking points, and make a speech as to why we should vote them as CR before an poll is put up. Do it quick as time is running down to July 1st.

Sure, I could probably do the job.... I know I would do a better job than what we have seen in the past five months. You won't see me stirring up drama for the sake of stirring it up, nor will you see me laying down ridiculous mandates to the membership. That is just stupidity at its finest.
I would much rather the CR position go to someone like Larena (otherwise I wouldn't have nominated her). But if she is not really wanting to, then yeah, I would step up.
You're right, Colt, what have we to lose, other than your shoddy leadership? Nothing. What we gain is someone who is a little bit older and someone who actually knows how this group operates, knows what will work and what won't.
Put me on the poll, if you like. But I ask that more people come forward for the position. Let's truly make this a real democratic process!
