Very cool game on the 360. I can only imagine how bad ass it is going to be once you master the game controls.

Are you implying that I am a portly officer there, dirty trooper?
Besides, she'd need to do some serious alterations that I would not be too happy with. Like cutting off the jerkin to show that dark grey under tunic..... It's the only officers uniform I have, even if it isn't as accurate as I would like.

No way am I cutting up Bill's uniform. That probably took more time, effort and money to make than anything I've ever worn. Seriously. I'm cheap. =P
Besides, Juno's uniform is all... custom. Grey undershirt and what not. Although she DOES just have a plain uniform. Yeah, I've got options.

Did anyone get theirs? Is it as expected? I don't have a game system, but would like to hear from those that got the game as to how it plays, story line, etc.

I'm looking forward to buying it, but it could be a few weeks before I get around to actually making the purchase.

so ive finished the game and i have to say that im kinda disappointed in the whole experience. it wasnt quite what it had been hyped up to be. i did enjoy it but was left wanting in the end.
pros:
the story is killer and makes you think about the OT completely in a new way
the easter egg non-canon ending is almost as good as the canon ending
you can punt a jawa
the force powers are fun to unleash on stormtroopers. no other game can you levitate one, impale him with your lightsaber, infuse him with some force lightning and then throw his supercharged body at some of his comrades and have them all blow up
the voice acting is top notch and dialogue is good
good characters that could have been way better(see below)
great music score and sound effects
cons:
really short, like 9 hours if you go slow
targeting system is pretty bad, very hard to pinpoint what specifically youre lookin at if there are multiple objects around, and when you lock on you cant toggle between targets
load time are kinda annoying
not the best graphics, suffers screen tearing, at least on the 360 version, not too often on the ps3
not enough character development
the new game engines dmm and euphoria dont seem to get tested ever and nowhere near what they first would have people believe they would deliver from earlier on
overall i would say its like a 7.5 outta 10. like i said, i was expecting a better experience. i would definitely recommend this game to star wars fans, not necessarily because of the gameplay, but because of the story. anybody else, you could probably pass on it. but, seein as how this is a star wars board,, go out and play this game

I agree about the targeting system. You wanted to grab a rock but you grab a tree. **** annoying. Throwing whatever you've grabbed is never perfect either.
I don't like when cinematics force you to play while you watch, ie press "A" when the signal goes off and your character will jump out of the way. It was really annoying and every boss and tough enemy had to be killed that way.
Some of the opponents are too strong. They take too long to kill and the game gets to be less of a challenge and more of an annoyance.
I love the over the top force powers, but it would have been cool if that was just something some of the characters had mastered. Seeing Shaak Ti or Darth Vader use such extreme force powers made me wonder "Why didn't they do that in the movies?"
The story was super short. You go through five places then go back to those five places a second time, kinda pointlessly.
I thought it was cool that Starkiller was the one who started the Rebellion, but it makes no sense since that should have started at the end of episode 3. All of a sudden at the end of TFU they build up X number of X-wings and Y-wings and get a small army going? Hard to buy in to that. I also felt like Obi-wan and Darth Maul weren't necessary, and made no sense as far as the story went (I realize they were nods to the fans).

If the game was cheaper, I would purchase it. However, after hearing about it being rather short, I'm contemplating whether it would be worth my time playing it at all.

It would seem that the game has plenty to offer for not-so-great gamers, like me. I borrowed the game for the Wii. I never could get past Rahm Kota, the first time around!
I'll go back Battlefront II. At least I can get somewhere there.... fragging droids is all I ever seem to want to do, anyway!
I was telling my roommate that I was wanting to get that Jedi Saber Battles game ( or whatever it is called ) so that we could beat each other down. She wasn't going for it. She seems to think that she could actually beat me? I am thinking it is on... just need to get the game, now.
