Hey everybody,
I'm just officially introducing myself to this FanForce board. It's great that there is a board for Oregon, since I live in Portland. Although I have been on the overall forums for a few weeks, I haven't explored this particular board very much, so I'll try to become more active soon. See you around!

Hm...where to begin...well, I won't say much. All that I will disclose is that I am great at getting stuck in video games (that's what game guides are for) and that I don't watch a ton of television.

System or PC? If a system then which one?

Nintendo systems. Now, I know that sounds weak, but I think that there are some pretty good titles out there. I just recently picked up my copy of Lego Star Wars again and played it.

Weak!? No way! Look at the NES and SNES, absolutely AMAZING games left and right. N64? Again, I think it's hard to find ones that don't rock the box. Gamecube brought us a pretty solid collection of good ones for the most part, Wii could get there. But the old stuff is where it's at. The NES, SNES, and N64 defined their generations of gaming, really, and people still seek out the games for them regularly (not even ROMs either, the actual cartridges!)

I'd much rather play my SNES and 64 over most next-gen gaming consoles, though if it's a brand new game that looks great I'd play it because it's new and I hadn't experienced it yet. But if a head-to-head match up happened between games I'd already played for an SNES or a PS2/3, I'd probably go for the SNES. peace

Wow you guys are retro, I mean PS2? That thing is older than some people in retirement communities. There's no point to playing PS2 when you got PS3, superior in every respect, and you can play your old PS2 games on it anyway.
