Is anyone interested in doing a group order of helmets? I can get us a discount, but I need to have an idea of how many people are interested.
I am currently in spokane. I am a 501st member with TK armor. I also have a rebel fleet trooper and rebel trooper. I would be more
than happy to place a large group order. This are Richies Armor helmets. If I can get an order of 10 helmets, the price drops.

haha, no. I'm sorry. I mean, a helmet sounds cool and all... but seeing as though all my money is being dispersed out to many other expenses at the time  and I don't really have anything to go with the helmet  it may not be a good time to get one.

Yeah, that was lame.... the "color" edits the post because a price list was icluded, but yet did not edit the dealer's name? Gotta love the consistency of the "colors".
With that said, I have much disdain for Richies. I don't care for their quality control. I have heard too many comments about sending out poor quality helmets, requiring them to replace the helmets with a better molded unit. Clearly, they are able to produce a better quality unit, it just smacks of bad business sense, and laziness, to send something out that is way under par, knowing full well it will have to be replaced. I have a problem with that.
Not to mention that I was burned by them once. I would rather go with a different dealer, if one was available. As it is, the helmet is NOT required to be a Rebel Pilot with formal status.
Besides, we have a local guy working on a major pilot project right now.

Oh good grief..... let me guess, you are going to suggest I keep my personal opinion out of a related topic, too? This wasn't a derailment. I mentioned that there is another guy, a local guy, doing a complete pilot project. I was relevant in nature. It was mentioned in this thread that the helmets were Richies. I gave my honest assessment of Richies. Again, relevant.
So what is the problem?

Side A: Is of the opinion that bringing down a company that was brought up for interest sake, might not be considerate of the person who brought it up. This person may feel derailed because the company in which they get their helmets is personal to them. So it is believed...
Side B: Is of the opinion that the actual object of interest was the helmet, not the company, therefore a sharing of opinions about the company would not be derailing the actual item of interest. So it is believed....
