I think I should clarify that I myself was not drinking, rather the emoticon that seems to be a bit effected by drink is symbolic of not caring.

After a long thought out consideration, or about 10 seconds worth of thinking because I have to go to class, I'd say ....
well, the force "binds us" and "surrounds us" but there is never any mention of the force "creating" us. So that's a tough one. Too tough for having to go to class in 10 minutes. BUT I'LL BE BACK! AND THEN I WILL HAVE AN ANSWER!

The force is all around us, "life creates it, makes it grow" ..."luminus beings are we" so says Yoda.
But on a higher plane do we speak of here are the midiclorians which gives us knowledge of the force, resides in all living beings.
